photoblog image Pristine

Pristine

The desert is an ocean in which no oar is dipped
- Peter O' Toole (as T.E. Lawrence)

Another dune shot. I tried for half an hour to process this shot but finally gave up. So what you see now is the result of a crop and a very tiny tweak in Levels.

By the way, I forgot to mention yesterday: '
Living On A.....' got featured on WeeklyShot. :-D

Favourite Shot (Yesterday):
Time flies...
Photo Editing: Crop, Levels in Photoshop.

Can understand, the shot looks a bit bland, lacking a punch. A large tattered OK stamp from me.
Samarth: lol, large tattered OK stamp....i cudve done the dark version, it looked very 'these fleeting moments' like...

A great picture - just love dunes. It is the inherant beauty of these dunes that resisted editing. Great posting and a nice quote from old Lawrence

Samarth: lol, i think ur right, it was just not meant to be edited...thank you louis..
