The expectations of life depend upon diligence; the mechanic that would perfect his work must first sharpen his tools.

- Confucius

Another one from Lord's. I don't think the quote has much to do with the picture.
Title Suggestions?

I'd call it The Bazaar. To me the look of the person and the processing suggest a bleached middle eastern market. I like the shot, btw.
Samarth: thanks martin...

Samarth: yup, thats just about the closest person he'd get to...

Title: Holy mackerel look at all those Indians (or whatever side they played - was it the West Indies?)

The picture looks a little bit white/light washed. It may be that you guys in the UK have lost your touch to take pics in normal sunlight grin Or maybe you wanted to demonstrate the what the first sun for the season looked like smile
I do like the composition. The level of desat looks good as well. Maybe I just should get used to this as an alternative (more or less) mono approach.
Samarth: thanks louis...naah, no point getting used to something u dont like...
Title: LBW?? I dont think so .... [title meant only for cricket lovers smile]
Looks like a HOT sunny day - or maybe it is the effect of post processing - either way, it works for this shot.
Samarth: thanks shailja..

looks like you're finally getting some sunshine, i think the quote is wholly appropriate cricket and confucius go hand in hand; no?
on the photographic side, i like the bleaching and tone
Samarth: wink...thanks alek..
Well it must have been really bright there! Which after all that rain was probably very welcome, but a shock to the eyes. Something has his rapt attention.
Samarth: thanks laurie...definitely looks like it..
nicely done
