Hate the ugly Shell building (the one you can see through the eye).

Easily the best "Eye" shot I have seen.

This is a great shot and a great example of the capabilities of a non-slr camera.
Samarth: thanks perry...
This is superb, Sam! Certainly one of the best `eye` shots I have seen. (:o)
Samarth: thank you rosalyn...
Beautiful view of the London eye, even the slight noise seems to fit the image nicely. smile

love the contrasty effect, really suits the black and white. I agree with Perry, I have long been amazed by the quality and variety of work you produce with this camera, so much so that I recently bought myself a G9 so that I am never cameraless.
Samarth: thank you very much...

I had no idea how big this thing is!!! Have a good weekend, Sam.
Samarth: thanks martin, you too...
Dramatic! Great shot Sam....pondering if I might have removed the lone star??? Who cares
Samarth: crap, thought that was a speck on my pc screen... yes, i would definitely have cloned it out...
una excelente nocturna, en color debe de ser igualmente bella aunque el B&W te ha quedado precioso.
Samarth: thank you very much...
What a great shot Sam and how nice to see the eye in a night shot for a change.
Samarth: thanks brian...

So many photographs of this piece of London skyline, but yours stands head and shoulders above most. I particularly like the cranes looming over the old county hall building.
Samarth: thanks a lot mike... impressed that you recognised a hidden building there... i actually lived there for a bit...
every thing here is beautiful
even the shell building
Samarth: thanks...

me like.
Samarth: thanks mal..
Very nice, pretty dramatic which I like.

One point of improvement: the shutter time is too short (or too long) because the small movement of the London Eye appears like it is not sharp at all.
Samarth: thanks paul... i noticed the same thing...
