No idea why I like this.

Well I don't know why you like it but I like it because it's very colourful and looks like the Irish Flag. ( I had a lot of very nice holidays there);-)
Samarth: thanks frank..

A shock to the system, Photosam...most of your shots have had most of the colour bled from them, but on this occasion you give full measure and then some.

I like it too, but don't ask me why!
Samarth: thanks ray... you know i'd get bored if I stuck to just one style...

Well I love it. It's an interesting mix of color. The composition is good. There's some nice detail here and there as well as a good texture on the pink surface.

Good shot.
Samarth: thanks a lot..

Wow! Someone likes colour on their buildings. Well spotted (though it may have been difficult to miss!) (:o)

With one shot you slid into a scandinavian look on life. I am used to people like Magnus and Aksel producing images and titles like this. And I like it a lot - excellent picture.
Samarth: thank you!
Walker Evans (USA 1903 -1970 ish) was predominantly a black and white photographer but had allowed colour to permeate his portfolios from time to time. He was rarely complimentary about colour. A quote from him: ''Color tends to corrupt photography ...''

Another quote that he whispered : ''color is vulgar in photography''

He did some images rather on this sort of compostion Sam and called them ''Color accidents''. I also have quite a collection of bits of buildings that follow your and also Evans's images. Sometimes the brutal colours clash in rather a nice way. It's an area I keep in touch with.

Samarth: i used to share part of that sentiment but I've become a lot more open to colour of late...
I like it too, very intense!
Samarth: thanks ashish...
A Class picture! very well taken

Like it Sam - Irish tricolour flag. This one certainly wouldn't work in B&W ;o)
Samarth: don't think i didn't try smile
I still stick to the 'knob-be-gone' idea.
Samarth: you and that knob...
Good stuff, Sam. I'd have cropped out the two corners at the top & bottom of the masonry for the sake of a little more symmetry. It gives a cleaner flow to the shot.

Everyone's a critic, eh? smile
Samarth: apparently it's a prerequisite to being a photographer these days... actually, i hadn't noticed those two bits and if I had i would've cropped them, thanks.
