Oasis
After two days in the desert sun My skin began to turn red After three days in the desert fun I was looking at a river bed And the story it told of a river that flowed Made me sad to think it was dead - "Horse with No Name" by America Another camel-back shot. Given this one a slightly hi-def look with Lighting Effects. To be fair, an oasis is usually pretty massive and not the kind of stuff they show you in comic books that look like this. Photo Editing: Levels, Selective Color, Curves, Shadow/Highlight, Lighting Effects in Photoshop.

Dude, this is bloody marvelous! This just hops right out of the page, slaps me in the face 3 or 4 times, and then downs 3 litres of vodka right in front of me. I love it.
PhotoSam: lol, thats a very interesting symptom, u sure u havent downed a few litres of vodka yourself?
Man, this looks like its out of some animated movie. Freakin' awesome PP Sam.

the tyre tracks reduce the mystery in this otherwise fine shot.

Very surreal! I like the way you have managed to keep the palm tree shadows in tact on the sand and in saying that I like the angle of these shadows in your image.

This shot is perfect, minus the tires of course. But, the color and lighting are spot on a little blown in the left, but still perfect in my opinion. Awesome shot!

I only hear about them in fairytales or movies but you have seen them in real time. This must give such a strange view between the tons of sand
