Pieces of a chess set.

The way the little statues are set out makes me think of a chess set.
I like the mono, and your choice of focus too.
Samarth: thanks ellie...
great DOF. Perfect in black and white.
Samarth: thank you gail...
A very nice photo of a piece of art. Often, I find photos of statues to be somewhat uninteresting. This is an exception. The DOF and layering of multiple pieces works quite well.
Samarth: thanks a lot...
Its a bit underexposed but i like it
Samarth: thank you stan..
Always interesting, esp the subject on this one. Like the composition, too. Great shot! Cheers - {H}
p.s. Sorry it took me a while to return your visit. B-)

Good lines and great DOF. Quality work, Sam!
Samarth: thank you martin...
The figure is not to my taste at all, but the photo is. I like the way the army of statuettes vanishes into the distance. The darkness of the image gives it a slightly threatening, somewhat melancholy feeling. Good use of DOF.
Samarth: thank you ian...
Love the contrast and shallow dof, cool shot!
Samarth: thanks ashish...
Superb DOF.
Samarth: thanks a lot...
Love it, Photosam.
You have the whole team floating in a heavy mist, and with only the mysterious six-toed fruit picker revealing an detail of here character.
Samarth: thank ray...

Super image - I like the details in the foreground statue, the bw and the use of DOF which adds the sense of mystery.. - Great one Sam !

I think the light is what makes this interesting.
